应用

For detection of long-range nOes or for the NMR study of large proteins
QLAM- A^βl^δ1LV^proS-¹³CH₃is an optimized kit to produce proteins with¹³CH₃isotopomer on regio and stereo specific methyl groups of isoleucine, alanine, leucine and valine. This kit has been tested with protein isotopic labeling inE. coli. It is used in NMR studies to detect structurally meaningful long-range and intermolecular NOEs restraints.
