应用

For detection of long-range nOes or for the NMR study of large proteins
PLAM- A^βI^δ1LV^proST^γ-¹³CH₃is an optimized combinatorial kit which incorporates a¹³CH₃isotopomer on the methyl groups of alanine, isoleucine, leucine and valine residues. This kit has been tested with protein isotopic labeling inE. coli. It is a combinatorial labeling kit which can be used in the detection of long-range NOEs between methyl probes up to 10 ? apart in large protein complexes.
