应用

For detection of long-range nOes or for the NMR study of large proteins
DLAM-I^δ1T^g-¹³CH₃is an optimized kit to produce proteins with¹³CH₃isotopomer on the methyl groups of isoleucine and threonine. This kit has been tested with protein isotopic labeling inE. coli. It is used in methyl-TROSY NMR for the investigation of the active site of the proteasome and also in the study of catalytic mechanism.
