A selective cell-permeable protein kinase C inhibitor. Displays about 10-fold greater selectivity for PKC_α(IC₅₀= 9 nM) and 4-fold greater selectivity for PKC_βI(IC₅₀= 28 nM) over PKC_ε(IC₅₀= 108 nM). Also prevents T cell-driven chronic inflammatory responsesin vivo.

Please note that the molecular weight for this compound is batch-specific due to variable water content.
