一般描述
Cysteine protease inhibitor. Selectively inhibits cathepsin B (k2/Ki= 8.9 x 103M-1sec-1), cathepsin L (k2/Ki= 3.8 x 105M-1sec-1), cathepsin S (k2/Ki= 4.2 x 104M-1sec-1), and papain (k2/Ki= 2.4 x 103M-1sec-1). Half-life in buffered solution (pH 5-9) = 25 h (30°C); 300 h (0°C).
