一般描述

Cell permeable. Blocks glibenclamide-sensitive K⁺channels. Inhibits neuronal nitric oxide synthase (IC₅₀= 90 ?M). Also inhibits hepatic drug metabolism by inhibiting the cytochrome P450 system. Stimulates endothelial cell prostacyclin production while inhibiting platelet thromboxane synthesis. Potentiates the action of many drugsin vivo.
