生化/生理作用
SH3 domain containing ring finger 2 (SH3RF2) binds to protein phosphatase 1in vitro. It is an anti-apoptotic protein which negatively regulates c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) pathway and also associates with p21-activated kinase 4. SH3RF2 has been shown to be upregulated in cancers.
