制备说明

Dissolve 51 g in 1 litre distilled water and add 1 ml Tween^?80 (Cat. No. P8074). Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Fill into containers and sterilize by autoclaving at 121℃ for 15 minutes. lncubate the culture up to 3 days at 35℃ or up to 5 days at 30℃. If possible, incubate the culture in a CO2 enriched atmosphere in an anaerobic jar.
