制备说明

将23 g，pH 6.8营养琼脂悬浮在1000 ml蒸馏水中。煮沸以完全溶解培养基。在15 lbs. 压力下(121℃)高压蒸汽灭菌15分钟。如果需要，可用5-10％v / v无菌脱纤维血强化培养基。

附注

我们现提供两种类型的培养基：GranuCult^?优质颗粒状培养基和NutriSelect^?高性价比粉末状培养基，满足用户不同层次的需求。
