The purification kit contains IPAK Meta^?and IPAK Quanta^?cartridges, which are designed to work as a pair to produce highest-quality ultrapure water.
IPAK Meta^?cartridge combines Jetpore^?mixed-bed ion-exchange resin and innovative IQnano^?ion-exchange media to remove trace ions from purified water.
IPAK Quanta^?cartridge contains activated carbon and IQnano^?ion-exchange media to target traces of organic contaminants once they have been oxidized by the system′s photooxidation lamp. The small bead size of IQnano^?media significantly improves kinetic properties while dramatically reducing media volume. This allows for purification cartridges that are 33% smaller than former cartridges.
For use in Milli-Q^?IQ 7000 and Milli-Q^?EQ 7000 water purification systems.

The cartridges contained in this kit, when used with the Milli-Q^?IQ 7000 and Milli-Q^?EQ systems, remove trace ionic and organic contaminants from water.

• The polishing cartridges should be replaced together at the same time.
• For optimal results, the cartridges should be replaced at least once a year or when the system indicates it.
