应用

作为配体用于Pd催化的Suzuki芳基-芳基偶联，以生成苯并二氧杂环庚烯。
DavePhos可用作以下反应中的配体：

• 钯催化2-取代-N-亚氨基吡啶亚基与不同的芳基氯化物的sp³芳基化，以得到官能化的吡啶。
• 通过钯催化的烷基砜和芳基卤之间的Negishi交叉偶联制备官能化的苄基砜。
• 通过钯催化的脱硫芳基化将3-卤代喹啉与芳基亚磺酸酯进行C-C偶联，以形成相应的联芳基化合物。

用于钯催化 C-N 键形成的有效配体；含羟基、酰胺或烯醇酮的芳基卤的胺化反应。
