Peimisine (Ebeiensine) hydrochloride 是一种毒蕈碱 M 受体拮抗剂和血管紧张素转换酶 ( ACE) 抑制剂。Peimisine hydrochloride 具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗高血压的活性。Peimisine hydrochloride 能诱导细胞凋亡，可用于咳嗽和哮喘研究。

生物活性

Peimisine (Ebeiensine) hydrochloride is amuscarinic M receptorantagonist andangiotensin converting enzyme(ACE) inhibitor. Peimisine hydrochloride shows anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, antihypertensive activities. Peimisine can induceapoptosisand be used in cough and asthma research^[1]^[2]^[3].

体外研究
(In Vitro)

Peimisine (17.43-92.07 μg/mL; 72 h) shows significant cytotoxic effects^[3].
Peimisine (15 μg/mL; 24, 48 and 72 h) induces G₀/G₁phase arrest and rising apoptosis rate^[3].
