Atropine (Tropine tropate) 是一种竞争性的毒碱乙酰胆碱受体 ( mAChR) 拮抗剂，拮抗 Human mAChR M 4和 Chicken mAChR M 4的 IC50值分别为 0.39 nM 和 0.71 nM。Atropine 抑制 ACh 诱导的人肺静脉松弛。Atropine 可用于抗近视和心动过缓研究。

Atropine (Tropine tropate) is a competitivemuscarinic acetylcholine receptor(mAChR)antagonist withIC50values of 0.39 and 0.71 nM for HumanmAChRM4and ChickenmAChRM4, respectively. Atropine inhibits ACh-induced relaxations in human pulmonary veins. Atropine can be used for research of anti-myopia and bradycardia[1][2][3][4].

(In Vivo)

Atropine (Tropine tropate; 10 mg/kg; i.p.; once, for 40 minutes;Peromyscussp.) inhibits the cardiac arrhythmia which normally occurs throughout torpor[2].

Animal Model: White-footed mice (Peromyscussp.)[2]
Dosage: 10 mg/kg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection; once, for 40 minutes
Result: Increased heart rate was a decrease in cardiac arrhythmia.

    此方案可获得 ≥ 2.08 mg/mL (7.19 mM，饱和度未知) 的澄清溶液。

    以 1 mL 工作液为例，取 100 μL 20.8 mg/mL 的澄清 DMSO 储备液加到 400 μL PEG300 中，混合均匀；向上述体系中加入50 μL Tween-80，混合均匀；然后继续加入 450 μL生理盐水定容至 1 mL。
