Nolatrexed dihydrochloride (AG 337) is a non-competitive lipophilic inhibitor ofthymidylate synthase, interacts at the folate cofactor binding site of the enzyme, with aKiof 11 nM for humanthymidylate synthase[1]. Nolatrexed dihydrochloride (AG 337) induces cell cycle arrest in S phase ofcancercells. Anti-cancer activity[2].

    请依序添加每种溶剂： PBS

    请依序添加每种溶剂： 10% DMSO40%PEG3005%Tween-8045% saline

    Solubility: ≥ 2.08 mg/mL (5.82 mM); Clear solution
