Cell Line: Fadd-/-Jurkat and L929 cells, treated with 10 ng/mL of human TNF-α
Concentration: 0.030-100 μM
Incubation Time: 24 h
Result: Showed necroptosis inhibitory activity with an ED50of 7.724 μM for Fadd-/-Jurkat cells and was inactive for L929 cells.
