Anatabine inhibitsNF-κBactivation loweramyloid-β(Aβ)production by preventing the β-cleavage of amyloid precursor protein (APP). Anatabine has anti-inflammatory effects and has the potential for neurodegenerative disorders treatment[2][3][4].
