(In Vitro)

GnRH (10 μM) abolishes Buserelin-binding with GnRH Receptor[4].
体内研究
(In Vivo)

Gonadoliberin (50 ng, i.v.) promotes LH secretion in atrazine-treated rats[2].
Gonadoliberin (0.15 μg/min for 2 min every hour, i.v.) induces an LH discharge in agonadal juvenile male monkeys[3].

Animal Model: Atrazine (300 mg/kg)-treated rats[1]
Dosage: 50 ng
Administration: Intravenous injection (i.v.)
Result: Reversed the suppression of the estrogen-induced LH surge of atrazine exposure.
