Description |
该细胞系来自能移植的雄性大鼠肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤。这些细胞表达神经生长因子(NGF)受体。细胞铺在经四型胶原酶包被的培养瓶上，可逆地响应NGF诱导产生神经表型。这些细胞不合成肾上腺素。每个批次均通过本库支原体检测，结果为阴性。经我库诱导分化检测，在NGF诱导下产生神经表型。 |

大鼠嗜铬细胞瘤细胞PC-12 完全培养液(100 ml)：
RPMI Medium 1640 (Invitrogen, 11875-093) 85 ml
FBS (Gibco) 5 ml
heat-inactivated horse serum (GIBCO, 26050-070)10 ml
参考传代周期：3-4天
参考传代比例：1:2-1:4
【注意：】按照5×105?1×106个/ml的密度传代。PC12细胞呈漂浮成簇状生长，伴有少量松散贴壁的细胞，换液、传代时需小心保留漂浮生长的细胞。
参考换液频率：2-3天
冻存液配方：完全培养液95%，DMSO 5%
气相：空气，95%；二氧化碳，5%。温度：37摄氏度。 |
