Description |
C57BL/6植入c2J囊胚时，毛色嵌合体的得率高；而植入FVB囊胚产生的嵌合体数量少。ES细胞可以进入FVB/NJ(FVB)和同源突变品系C57BL/6-Tyrc-2J(c2J)这两个供体宿主囊胚的生殖系。每个批次均通过本库支原体检测，结果为阴性。
培养时需使用CF-1 MEF(SCSP-105R)作为饲养层细胞。冻存时为P26 |
