BALB/3T3 clone A31 是 1968年S.A. Aaronson和 G.T. Todaro从裂解的14到17天的 BALB/c 小鼠胚胎中建立的几株细胞之一(BALB/3T12)。 细胞分裂对接触抑制特别敏感,生长需高倍数稀释,饱和浓度低,对癌基因DNA病毒SV40和小鼠肉瘤病毒高度易感。 检测发现鼠痘病毒阴性。 2012年新引进。通过支原体检测。 |
