动物用纯化的人红细胞乙酰胆碱脂酶免疫。 脾细胞与gp2/O-Agl4骨髓瘤细胞融合。 产生的抗体与人及猴的乙酰胆碱脂酶结合，但反应位点与AE-1的抗原决定簇不同。 检测发现短肢畸形(鼠痘)病毒阴性。
