该细胞系已广泛用于创建基因敲除小鼠。HPRT负突变使该品系可用于染色体工程。已经表明该小鼠ES细胞系具有生殖能力。每个批次均通过本库支原体检测，结果为阴性。我库冻存时为P24代。
培养时需使用CF-1 MEF(SCSP-105R)作为饲养层细胞。 |
