U-2 OS细胞来源于15岁白人女性，U-2 OS细胞与WI-38共培养或CF检测SV40，RSV或腺病毒时未检测到病毒。1972年曾发现被支原体污染并已去除。在我库通过支原体检测为阴性。冻存时为P36代。经本库STR检测结果无误。STR结果如下：Amelogenin: X；CSF1PO: 13；D13S317: 13；D16S539: 11,12；D5S818: 11；D7S820: 11,12；THO1: 6,9.3；TPOX: 11,12；vWA: 14,18 |
