人神经母细胞瘤细胞SK-N-SH由J.L.Bieder建系。与SK-N-MC所不同的是，SK-N-SH细胞倍增时间较长且多巴胺-β-羟基酶水平较高。SK-N-SH在细胞介导的细胞毒性试验中用作靶细胞系。我库冻存时为P42代。每个批次均通过本库支原体检测，结果为阴性。经本库STR检测结果无误。STR结果如下：Amelogenin: X；CSF1PO: 11；D13S317: 11；D16S539: 8,13；D5S818: 12；D7S820: 7,10；THO1: 7,10；TPOX: 8,11；vWA: 14,18 |
