Description |
人非小细胞肺癌细胞，这株细胞来源于一个淋巴结转移。细胞均一性的部分缺失p53蛋白，并缺少p53蛋白表达。细胞可以合成0.1 pmol/mg蛋白的NMB蛋白，而不合成促胃液释放肽(GRP)。每个批次均通过本库支原体检测，结果为阴性。在我库通过STR鉴定无误。STR结果为：Amelogenin:X; CSF1PO:12; D13S317:12; D16S539:12,13; D5S818:11; D7S820:10; THO1:6,9.3; TPOX:8; vWA: 16,17,18 |
