人子宫颈表皮癌细胞MS751由J. Sykes于1974年建立，来源于一位47岁白人女性。该细胞含有人乳头状瘤病毒18(HPV-18)序列。最近发现MS751细胞包含部分来源于E6/E7区域的HPV-45基因序列，表达poly(A)+RNA的形式。生物安全等级：二级。每个批次均通过本库支原体检测，结果为阴性。经本库STR检测结果无误。STR结果如下：D5S818: 12；D13S317: 12；D7S820: 9,11；D16S539: 11；vWA: 16；THO1: 6；Amelogenin: X；TPOX: 8；CSF1PO: 11,12 |
